#8 - West Highland Way Day 5

Distance-wise, today was the longest day, with 30 kilometres to be covered. Fortunately, the track was good, and the ascents weren't too taxing. The route follows the railway for the leg to Bridge of Orchy. Then an ascent around the edge of Mam Carraigh, before descending to the Inveroran Hotel.
Next, a gentle incline for our first view of Rannoch Moor, which we crossed on our way to the end of the leg at the Kingshouse Hotel. With the pub in sight, Lynn managed to run the final kilometre to get the round in!
Accommodation at the Glencoe Youth Hostel.
