The West Highland Way in Aid of Epilepsy Action

The West Highland Way was Scotland’s first official long distance route. The Way links Milngavie to Fort William – a distance of 152km (95 miles) - from the outskirts of Scotland’s largest city to the foot of its highest mountain.

The West Highland Way passes through a wide range of different terrains, ranging from lowland moors, through dense woodland and rolling hills, to high mountainous regions.

The Challenge was for Me, Lynn and Simon to complete the route in 7 days, and we completed it between the 9th and 15th May 2004, in aid of Epilepsy Action.
