#75 - Hadrians Wall Day Two

Up nice and early for the next days shenanigans. Once again, met up at the bus stop for a journey to Birdoswald. We were supposed to be walking there, but for the sake of the dogs, we thought a walk with a tail wind would help them (plus, it's always nice to end a walk at a pub!).

As it was, there was little breeze today, and the rain held off. Towards the end, the group were a little reluctant to climb to the highest point of the wall at the end of the day, so we took the decision to go off road and contour round, which was probably harder work than climbing up the path! A welcome dry day and an early arrival at the Twice Brewed Inn!
