The Hospice offers expert and compassionate care. Their aim is to enhance the quality of life and ease the distress of patients suffering from cancer and other serious conditions and for whom curative treatment is no longer appropriate.

The Hospice operates on a full-time basis throughout the year. In-patient care and Martlets @ Home care is delivered on a 24-hour, 7-days a week basis. The Day Hospice operates Monday to Thursday each week and Bereavement Support is offered by appointment.

The Hospice plays a vital role in the journey from life to death and hospice care is about helping people to live life as fully as possible right up until the end. What they do is very simple and very human. It is not difficult to see how necessary the hospice is, nor to realise how much you or your family would value their support should you need them in the future.

Events: Great Glen Way 2005.
